AZ could regain to training in my normal schedule.

We are truly devastated by the event that occurred in the north east region of japan.


But We must do what we can do.
Becourse Japan has faced and overcome many tragedies throughout its history,


We want to continue acting as much as possible for the one of the stricken area,


Instead of praying, I contributed some money to charity funds. 

I hope that the victims of this disaster can regain their normal lives as soon as possible.

The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows.

AZ would't keep runnung regular schesule.

Motoe Abe finally won the Champion!

Motoe Abe finally won the MiniFly championship of japan!
She wanted to be the champion for four years.
Her dream came true!

But we have to put forth alot of effort to be strong for the next stage.

New Instractor name is Hidehiko Hasegawa.
He is a Great Profecional Fighter of one-time DEEP Champion.

He fought Yushin Okami, Sakurai"Mach"Hayato, and so on.
and veteran Fighter.

But He gives plain, simple explanation of Graprring and Jiu-jitsu techique for biginner.

Wellcome to the AZ !!

There was a visitor at my gym this week.
They are Mr. Pat and Mr. Thomas.
Well came to AZ !!


They came to train from Canada only for MMA Jiu-Jitsu Kickboxing training.
when I travel abroad. I always go to train  foreign JIuJitsu gym too.
I think that Great experiment more than only seeing the sight.
So whoever comes to train will be welcome to AZ !
and We hope to came new members from abroad country.

We hope to have such a valuable trip for them!!

Now we are having one cold day after another.
But succumb not to cold.


We recommend early morning Class
Our members train ever monday at AM7:30.

Nobody wants to work outdoors on cold day.
KickBoxing Training will refresh both mind and body in early moring.
